Reuben Cainer...

...was born in London, England and is an alumni of WAC College in London, and Berklee College of Music in Boston. He has had the good fortune to study under the tutorage of renowned musicians such as Jean Toussaint, Julian Joseph, Michael Mondesir, Tim Whitehead, Paul Westwood and Matt Garrison. While in school, Cainer developed a strong composition voice, as well as an impecable sideman posture when needed, which has gotten him as many gigs as he can fit in his schedule.

After graduating at Berkee, Cainer moved to New York in 2010. Now splitting his time between recording sessions in Boston and shows in NYC, Cainer has been a highly sought after session player and performer. His unique sound and passion for effects are unparalleled, and bring a strong new vain to the Spontaneous Music of Project K-Paz.
